You can now file annual returns electronically at Companies House using their electronic filing system in conjuction with approved software.
In order to file annual returns electronically at Companies House presenters must complete an Electronic Filing
Service Credit Account Application and return it to Companies House for acceptance and then use approved software, i.e. software that conforms to the Companies House Electronic Filing specification.
