annual return fees are now just £15 if you electronically file annual returns at Companies House using the Electronic Filing System and approved software.
annual return fees for paper filing are now £30 per document so you can see how it makes sense to file annual returns electronically.
The annual return must be filed every year and gives details of a company's directors, secretary and shareholders.
In order to file annual returns electronically at Companies House presenters must complete an Electronic Filing
Service Credit Account Application and return it to Companies House for acceptance and then use approved software, i.e. software that conforms to the Companies House Electronic Filing specification.
